What we collect
When you request an estimate, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, city, a description of your project, your preferred timeframe, and any photos you choose to upload.
Visit counts
We count page views to see which pages are useful. We don’t use cookies for this and don’t record your IP address or anything else that identifies you: only the day, the page, whether you arrived from a search engine, social site or another website, and whether you’re on a phone or a computer.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who can see it
Your request is stored securely and is visible only to Temple Outdoor Living staff. We use trusted service providers to host the website, store data and send email, and they may process your information only on our behalf.
Photos of completed work
We may photograph completed projects for our portfolio. We publish locations at the city level only and never show a client’s address.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you have shared with us at any time.
